What we collect

When you submit the newsletter form on this site, we collect your email address (required) and, optionally, your name. The form posts to subscribe.php; the submitted address is stored in a private server-side file and used to send you movement updates. No other personal data is requested or stored by this site.

This site also uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which sets cookies and collects standard usage data such as pages visited, time on site, referral source, and approximate location derived from your IP address. For details on how Google handles this data, see Google's Privacy Policy.

How your email is used

Your email address is stored on the server that hosts this site and is used only to send you updates about the Convention of Counties movement: new interviews, county resolutions, and related news. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

Donations

Donations are processed off-site by Givebutter. This site does not collect, store, or process any payment information. Givebutter's own privacy policy governs data submitted through their donation form.

How to unsubscribe or request removal

To be removed from the mailing list at any time, reply to any email you receive from us or send a message directly to info@conventionofcounties.com. Your address will be removed promptly.
